The First Ever Dancehall Training Workshop in Korea by Dancehall Seoul

 

In June 2025, DancehallSeoul hosted the first-ever Dancehall training workshop in Korea with Louvto,

one of the most respected Dancehall dancers and teachers from France.

Unlike a choreography-based class, this workshop focused on body control, upper and lower body isolation, rhythm, and stamina training—the essential foundation for real Dancehall dancers.

 

It wasn’t just about memorizing steps.

Participants learned how to train their body like an instrument, build groove through repetition,

and understand how Dancehall movement connects to emotion and energy.

 

Dancers from different genres joined together in this intense and emotional training session.
Everyone pushed themselves to the limit, sweating and growing under Louvto’s guidance.

It was more than a class; it was a shared experience of rhythm, community, and transformation.
