Dancehall Seoul is not just a dance studio.
It’s a cultural hub connecting Seoul and Kingston  a place where rhythm, history, and community meet.
Founded by Seri.P(세리피), one of the first Dancehall dancers to introduce Jamaican culture to Korea,
this collective runs regular classes, workshops, and performances throughout the year.

You’ll learn authentic steps, female and male techniques, and body movement that express confidence and freedom.
Classes are taught in simple English and body language — perfect for visitors or foreigners living in Korea.

 

 

📍 Location: Hapjeong area, Seoul (Near Hongdae & Mangwon)
🕗 Regular Class:

Female dancehall : Every Friday 8:00–9:30 PM

Dancehall basic : Every Sunday 3:00-4:30 PM

세리피(Seri.P)는 서울을 기반으로 활동하는 한국 댄스홀 댄서이자 강사, 그리고 자메이카 댄스홀 문화의 한국 대표 커뮤니티 ‘댄스홀서울(Dancehall Seoul)’의 운영자입니다. 그녀는 자메이카 댄스홀(Dancehall) 문화를 한국에서 예술·교육·국제교류로 확장하며, 국내외 워크샵, 배틀, 문화예술 프로젝트를 꾸준히 이어오고 있습니다.

 

Seri.P is a Korean Dancehall dancer, teacher, and cultural connector based in Seoul, South Korea. She is the founder and host of Dancehall Seoul, a platform bridging Jamaican Dancehall culture with Korean and global communities through workshops, battles, and cultural exchange projects.
